Absolutely. I’m happy to create personalized dinnerware tailored to your needs. The process begins with a hand-drawn sketch, which we review and confirm together. Once approved, production takes approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of design confirmation.

Do you work with restaurants and hotels?

Yes. I have extensive experience working with high-end restaurants and boutique hotels seeking one-of-a-kind, handcrafted tableware. Whether you need a small curated selection or a full-scale dinner service, I can accommodate your order with attention to detail and consistent quality.

What materials do you use?

All of my ceramics are made from high-fired stoneware clay with a very low water absorption rate (0.2–0.5%), making them highly durable and suitable for professional kitchens. I use food-safe, lead-free glazes that I personally mix and layer to achieve complex, natural finishes. These are not factory glazes — each surface is unique and intentionally crafted.

Can I see or purchase your products in person?

Currently, my ceramics are not available in physical stores. If you'd like to get a feel for the craftsmanship before ordering a full set, I recommend starting with a bread plate from the online shop.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and package weight. Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed via Shopify.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, especially for custom or made-to-order items, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, wholesale terms are available. If you're a restaurant, hotel, or interior designer, please contact me for a catalogue and custom quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Ready-to-ship: 3–5 business days

Can I request a specific glaze color?

Yes. I offer custom glaze options depending on availability. Let me know your color preferences — I’ll try to match or develop something close.

Sizing details

Each piece is sculpted and glazed by hand. Slight variations of ±0.3 inch / 1 cm in size or shape are part of the authentic handmade process.

• Microwave: Yes (heating only)
• Dishwasher: Yes (delicate cycle recommended)
• Oven: Slow heating only (max 90℃ / 200°F)
• Not suitable: for open flame or rapid temperature changes

My order was lost

If your package is delayed by more than 3 weeks past the latest estimate, contact me at manyamadeart@gmail.com. I will file a claim and either refund or resend your item.

My order arrived broken

Please take clear photos of the item, box, and internal wrapping, and email them to manyamadeart@gmail.com. You may choose a replacement or refund.

Can you recreate something exactly like in the photo?

All pieces are handmade, so slight variations in texture and glaze are expected — and celebrated. I do my best to recreate the overall design, but each piece will have its own soul.
