I bought the 3-piece Picasso set from ManyaMade as a gift for my son and his future wife. I wanted something unique to mark the occasion. After an agonisingly protracted voyage the set arrived. Two pieces were OK, but the bowl had a fatal crack in it. Oh no! I was running out of time for the wedding. I sent photos to the seller as proof of the injury and very quickly Manya took responsibility and sent another bowl, with no ifs or buts. It arrived today in perfect condition -- HUGE relief. So what can I say, great after-sales service, communication, and integrity from ManyaMade. BTW, the bowls are completely different, as proof of their one-off handmade origins; that said, the online pics are an accurate guide. (Now, if only the special wedding wrapping paper I ordered on Etsy to wrap the ceramics would arrive too ... gee-up!)

Although I didn’t reach out for customer service, they contacted me on their own which I believe is very professional. More businesses should treat their customers with a personal touch like this one. I have to say the price for just one item is really high. I wish I could afford to get a full set, because the quality, detail, style is top notch. So I will just get one at a time. The dishes are amazing. Perhaps what is MORE amazing was the quality of shipping packing that was used. FedEx DESTROYED the shipping box. It was wet, ripped and torn. We thought that the dishes were going to be shattered. NOPE. They were in perfect condition. They are EXACTLY like the photos. They are in the dishwasher now, and I will post again if there is a problem. Dishes are truly dishwasher safe as well. Highly recommend.
